The horseandpony.agclub.com was created by Custom Print, LLC as a club tool so that the members of the Kosciusko County Horse & Pony Club may review club history, upcoming events, and other important information about the club. This site also provides club members an opportunity to design and develop custom t-shirts and other products that reflect their affiliation with the club and memories created within the club.

We appreciate your trust that we will use the information you provide us carefully and sensibly. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline what information we collect, how it is used, what we disclose, and how your information is protected. What information do we collect?
Registration:
The horseandpony.agclub.com is a secure site created for the club member’s use only. You must create an account and login before you can access any of the information on the website. When you register at horseandpony.agclub.com, you must enter a username, password, email address and the club’s identification code. Additionally, we require your date of birth to confirm that you are 13 years of age or older, in accordance with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 “COPPA”: (www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm). horseandpony.agclub.com is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 without parent’s guidance and permission. If there are any questions regarding the use of your account, you will be notified through the email address that you have provided.
Ordering:
When you place an order at the horseandpony.agclub.com site, we need to know your name, mailing address, shipping address, email address, and credit card number and its expiration date. Within your account, we maintain a history of the products you have ordered for reordering purposes.

The Kosciusko County Horse & Pony 4-H Club Leaders will have access to all login names and email addresses of members with horseandpony.agclub.com user accounts. The Club Leaders will not have access to name, address, or credit card information that is provided during the ordering process. Only Custom Print, LLC will have access to this information.
The Kosciusko County Horse & Pony 4-H Club Leaders will also be responsible for reviewing and accepting or declining all of the images uploaded onto the website, as well as making the created designs publicly viewable. Any designs deemed to be of questionable nature will be held in production for the authorization of the Club Leaders. The Club Leaders will also be notified of the account login name associated with the questioned design. This process is to ensure that the 4-H logo is not used inappropriately and that the items being created on horseandpony.agclub.com remain in good taste to reflect a positive image of the club.
How does Custom Print, LLC protect customer information?
Customers who purchase products from horseandpony.agclub.com are shopping on a secure server, which encrypts customers’ credit card information and passwords. horseandpony.agclub.com uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or misuse.
